After 20 years of good and loyal service in a very different field, I decided it was time to live my life. Of Italian origin and having grown up with my hands in the dough, it was at the age of 44 that my dream came true: becoming a real pasta maker! I will finally be able to share my love for this culinary art and discover the cuisine I grew up with. It will be an honor for me to bring to France a part of this country that I love so much.
